People are running like crazy these days, but are running good for you? The answer is no. Running is not good for many things, so start walking instead. If you want to lose fat, you need to take long walks instead. Running is popular, but if we take a closer look on what running does, then you will see that is not good for losing weight. Running will make you lose muscle mass and nearly 79 procent of people that are running are injured every year. That is a big number and maybe you are one of them.

So if you hate running, then start walking. A study made in the US, showed that walking will make you lose the same amount of calories compared to running. If we talk about the benefits of walking, then you don’t get tired after walking, you don’t get more hungry and you are differently not getting injured by walking, so there you have it. Start walking instead!
